Roger Vaughan

Roger Vaughan is a biostatistician by training, and a quantitative evaluation specialist by vocation. He is currently a Professor of Biostatistics at Columbia University, where he has been developing analytic methods to overcome biases in variance estimates under cluster-randomized and longitudinal designs. His principal expertise lies in the areas of correlated binary and continuous outcomes analyses, study design, and psychometrics. Dr. Vaughan is the Editor for Statistics and Evaluation for the American Journal of Public Health, and is also a consultant to the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Population Affairs. He is a Senior Research Scientist with SAI.
