William Nottingham
William Nottingham served as the Chief of Program and Performance Evaluation for the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) for more than ten years. His research and evaluation activities have focused primarily on computer-based system simulation, demand estimation, and performance measurement. During his tenure with OASAS, his expertise in statistics and research methods, combined with his knowledge of drug treatment, allowed him to conduct a wide variety of studies, many of which required the use of complex analytic procedures. Mr. Nottingham is a Senior Research Scientist with SAI.
