Lynn Holland

Lynn Holland is expert in the areas of mathematical modeling, statistics, forecasting, and computer simulation. She is responsible for much of the work completed on more technical aspects of SAI projects. Ms. Holland also has been a senior researcher with the State of New York for many years, working in both the Executive and Legislative branches of government. In this capacity she has specialized in economic, revenue, and budgetary expenditure forecasting, and in developing simulation models to support scenario analyses in such diverse areas as criminal justice, health care, personal income tax liability, and video lottery gaming. Ms. Holland is a Senior Research Scientist with SAI.
